Located on the Ridge, the Town of Ridge Spring, South Carolina boasts five antique shops, its own meat market, a pecan specialty store, an unforgettable restaurant, and even a peach packing facility. Alongside these are our many specialty shops where the visitor might enjoy a quick ice cream cone or purchase a flat of flowers or tomato plants. Ridge Spring is known for its old Victorian homes and its beautiful churches along with some of the area’s most productive farms, including peach, pecan, horse, asparagus, and cattle.
Ridge Spring’s Harvest Festival which occurs the 4th Saturday in October, and The Peach Tree 23 Yard Sale, held the first Saturday in June, bring people from all over the state to our town. Magnolia Ridge Antique and Art Gathering offers antiques and art in a lovely setting. The Farmer’s Market is held in the Town Square on Saturdays from June through September and showcases the area’s bounty of fruits, plants and vegetables.
Step back in time, slow down a bit, and enjoy a day in the country.
